The BLUe Labs run under the State Key Laboratory of Industrial Control Technology in Zhejiang University. Research focus of the BLUe is autonomous systems (or ubiquitous agents such as drones, robotic sailing and surface vechiles), technically including locomotion physics (e.g., rigid body dynamics, fluid mechanics), mechatronics and control (system design and low level control), computational intelligence (high-level computing for perception and decision), and navigation (algorithms and hardware).

The BLUe Labs hosts the ZJU Micro-Aerial Robotics Team (or ZMART) which has taken part in the IARC (the Asian-Pacific Venue) since 2012. The ZMART was selected to receive the First Prize in 2016 and 2017 (Check the page ZMART Featured in Media). In addition, members of the FACT Lab collaborated with other students in ZJU to win one of the First Places of the (Chinese) National University Students Opt-Sci-Tech Competition in 2016. For more information, please stay tuned with our Youku Channel.
